At HawksShop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, tagged merchandise. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are committed to getting you back in the game with the right equipment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in new, unused condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
