How do I determine the right size for my sports apparel?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. We recommend measuring a similar item you already own and comparing it to our specifications to ensure a perfect fit.
What is the standard shipping time for domestic orders?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I return a customized jersey or piece of equipment?
Unfortunately, items that have been personalized with names, numbers, or custom logos cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all HawksShop equipment comes with a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear from regular athletic use.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital wallets like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you offer team or bulk order discounts?
